Yes! The Program is free to anyone from the broader hospitality industry, your participation is supported by our partners. All you have to do is register.
You will receive an invitation to paddl.com where you can register for any / all of the upcoming live sessions and access all the Program's on-demand content.
It kicks off with a 5 day innovation summit which includes a range of live sessions and activities, setting the stage for our journey. Participants then have access to a calendar of panels, sessions and on-demand content over a 12 month program.
Entirely up to you! We recommend locking in the live experiences you don't want to miss and a minimum of an hour a month to get the most out of the program.
It's up to you how much you would like to engage but our sessions are designed to be highly interactive with breakout discussions, live Q&A and collaborative exercises.
Yes! Most sessions are live and will be recorded and made available on-demand to watch later.
No specific expertise or prior knowledge is required, the program is designed for participants of all levels. Some experience in hospitality will be valuable.
